Once all items are placed correctly, you should see "Storm Charge" in the text box at the bottom of the window. If the text is different or empty, recheck the order of POE2 Currency the distilled emotions.

Confirm the infusion by clicking the "Infuse" button. The distilled emotions will be consumed and your amulet will be permanently empowered with Storm Charge.

Now, whenever you equip that amulet, the effect of Storm Charge will automatically be applied to your character. No need to activate it again.

Once an amulet has been empowered with Distilled Emotion, it cannot be changed unless you use a special crafting item or merchant recipe (if available in a future patch). Choose your amulet carefully.

If you are pressed for time, consider checking out the MMOexp trading platform or the official PoE 2 trading website. Other players often sell specific Distilled Emotions in single or set items for a cheap POE 2 Currency reasonable price.
