On 2 September, in the fourth match of the tri series uae 2025, played between Afghanistan and Pakistan in Sharjah. Afghanistan beat Pakistan by 18 runs. Ibrahim Zadran scored 65 runs, and Sediqullah Atal smashed 64 runs. 

After this win of Afghanistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan are officially in the final of the UAE Tri Series 2025.

After winning the toss, Afghanistan come to bat. Afghanistan has not given a good start, losing 1 wicket, 10 runs. After that, wickets, Sediqullah Atal, and Ibrahim Zadran built the innings and made a partnership of 131 runs. This important partnership took the afghanistan help Afghanistan to cross 160+ scores. 

For the bowling side, Faheem Ashraf's outstanding bowling performance took 4 wickets that helped to collapse the batting line-up.

Chasing 170, Afghanistan got the early wickets of Saim Ayub for a golden duck, Sahibzada Farhan scored 18 runs in 13 balls, and Fakhar Zaman scored 25 runs in 18 balls.
