What are gel pads?

This unique property allows gel pads to distribute a patient's weight evenly, preventing pressure from concentrating on bony prominences like elbows, heels, and hips. Perfecting the prone position with gel pads

For surgeries that require a patient to lie on their stomach, a position known as the prone position, specialized support is crucial. These pads elevate the patient's body slightly, creating a space for the chest and abdomen to move freely, which is vital for breathing.
