The Brooks Estate is an interesting place and there are numerous Medford apartments located close to it. The mansion was built in the 1880s and still stands today. The land around it is part of the city’s character. The old stone walls and paths are still intact. The place tells a story from days gone by. Multiple events are hosted on the estate grounds each year.
