But if you want to heal properly — and stay that way — it’s worth it. Every stretch, every weird-looking glute activation move, every awkward session on the foam roller adds up.

So if you’re on the fence about sticking with physio, let me say this:

Don’t skip it. Don’t assume your body will “just figure it out.” It won’t.

Treat your recovery like you’d treat any other important part of your health — with consistency, care, and maybe a few grumbles along the way.
