But certain patterns in my life—persistent and strangely familiar—kept surfacing. They weren’t just bad habits or personal flaws. They felt… inherited, like echoes from a story that started long before I was born.

Why I Sought Help

It began with an unexpected turning point. I was struggling with recurring conflicts at work and in close relationships. Different people, same themes: miscommunication, mistrust, and a strange undercurrent of tension I couldn’t explain.

It didn’t erase the past or solve every problem, but it reframed how I see my role in a much larger story. I understand now that what we inherit isn’t only physical—it’s emotional, energetic, and, if we’re willing to look closely, deeply instructive.
This experience gave me not just relief from old patterns, but a sense of connection to the people and events that shaped me, for better and for worse. That, in itself, feels like a kind of healing I didn’t know I needed.
