Our team brings together nuclear-grade sealing engineers, valve specialists, materials scientists, and electromechanical engineers. Collaborations with leading institutions—including Lanzhou University of Technology’s National Key Friction Laboratory, Ningbo Institute of Materials, East China University of Science and Technology, and the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics—have enabled us to pioneer advancements in low-leakage graphite sealing technologies and address the root causes of sealing failure.
Every Magpie Valve product is validated through extensive testing and third-party certification. We hold internationally recognized credentials such as API 622, API 624, API 641, ISO 15848-1, TA-LUFT, and ISO 15848-1 CC3. Nearly 500 valve products—including gate, globe, and ball valves—have been tested under extreme conditions: temperatures from 400°C down to -196°C and pressures up to Class 2500 LB. These efforts ensure compliance with global standards while setting new benchmarks for safety, reliability, and innovation in valve technology.
